Hexacomb, what is it?
Honeycomb, Hexacomb, or Small Cell boards are super strong. cost-effective, Kraft paper designed to be stronger than corrugated cardboard and less expensive than wood.
Reverse Slit Score Honeycomb is made by slitting one side and the core, this causes the material to bend as needed. Single Slit Score is produced the same way but leaves the other facing paper intact to create a folding hinge in the panel.
Die-cut Honeycomb are sheets with custom holes and cuts, that provide a desired shape.
PSA Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Honeycomb We place a high-tack adhesive to one side of a honeycomb panel. The backing is removed by the end-user and applied to the application. Our adhesive is offered in non-residue as well, great for glass!
Manufactured from renewable resources, Honeycomb is biodegradable and 100% recyclable.
