As we move forward into an age where everything is paperless and all important documents are smartly organized and labeled on our desktops, more often than not we may come to find them missing – not unlike the one sock always missing in the laundry.
Documents probably disappear with the old computer or during a system upgrade… It is refreshing to find a hard copy of something valuable and meaningful.
Today I found a document written in 1994 by the owner of Renew Packaging. These words are tried and true; more so then ever.
A simple definition of quality is: “meeting the expectations of your customer.”
We are a distribution company established for the sole purpose of providing quality paper, and packaging products with outstanding service.
It is the goal of this company to meet not only the expectations of our customers but also those of our employees and vendors. To accomplish this goal we will build working partnerships that continually strive to deliver improvement in quality of products and service.
This remains to be the foundation of our company.
While creating a six piece display box or selling a case of packing slip envelopes we believe, “what is good for the customer is good for Renew Packaging.” If you are new to my blog pass it along. I write for my fellow partners in sales, the consumer, the ecologically conscious, and friends of the industry.
