Renew offers customers the option of both polyethylene (PE) foam and polypropylene (PP) foam. With the range performance properties, converting capabilities and specialized knowledge, Renew can master virtually any sheet foam project.
Presentation can be everything when shipping and marketing your brand. We can suggest adding a gorgeous velvety flocked foam. Flocking is often seen in high end wine packaging. We will not only design the foam but the corrugated shipping box as well. Custom foam and corrugated is our wheelhouse, and we are ready to help!
Damage can be a costly issue for any company! Representatives at Renew can take a fresh solution and provide samples as well. Foam end and side caps can be designed to make a snug and precise suspension. Some solutions are just making a simple adjustment, like adding a foam corner block to brace and therefore stop transit damage. Drop testing is available as well! Some packaging is ultra complicated, for example, laminating foam to corrugate can get tricky, and expensive. Renew packaging offers a lot of costs saving options, JIT programs as well as free design consultations.
Renew has industrial foam as well, for automotive, manufacturing, construction, and appliances. We can create something as simple as cut to size foam sheets and pads, or huge hot wired die cut EPS pads. Even the most complicated foam application can be solved. Electrical packaging can be especially complicated, we offer Conductive Polyurethane Foam (High & Low Density) and Anti Static Foams all cut to spec for your unique products.

Custom microfoam is a protective sheet that incorporates 50,000 closed cells per cubic inch in this superior polypropylene sheet roll for superb cushioning, void fill, interleaving, surface protection, vapor transmission, thermal and insulation properties. Microfoam has a high coefficient of friction that provides unequaled protection for easily scratched finishes. Its high melting point allows Microfoam sheet foam to perform reliably from -250°F up to 250°F with a melting point of 320°F. Vapor resistant is especially handy for the cannabis industry!
Microfoam foam padding is the only low density polypropylene sheet foam food packaging product in the industry (.6Lb./Cu.Ft.). Microfoam XFS foam padding is a U.S. FDA compliant material that is reliable, consistent in performance and a superior foam food packaging material for those food grade products that require light cushioning, surface protection and product immobilization.
